DMCA policy
This page explains how copyright complaints and counter-notices should be submitted for recipes, photographs, written materials or other content published through The Cookery Club website.
How to send a notice
Email a written notice to [email protected] and include enough information to identify the copyrighted work and the page where the material appears.
Information to include
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Your contact details | Provide your full name, organisation if relevant, email address, postal address and a direct phone number. |
| Work claimed to be infringed | Identify the copyrighted recipe, photograph, text or other work and provide source information where available. |
| Location on this site | List the exact page URL and describe the material so the relevant content can be located efficiently. |
| Required statements | Confirm in good faith that the use is not authorised and that the information provided in the notice is accurate under applicable law. |
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notice identifying the removed content, explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect and providing any information required under applicable copyright procedures.
Review process
Each notice is reviewed individually. Records may be retained when reasonably necessary to document the handling of a copyright complaint or response.
Alternative contact route
You may also use the contact page for follow-up questions after the original notice has been submitted.
